What you would be doing
You work in real art and craft — wood, fabric, design software, all kinds of materials and tools. You need real skills already: a portfolio, sewing ability or similar hobbies. Selection runs through several stages — tests, interviews and a security check — and you serve on a closed base.
What it takes to get in
Dapar 50 and above. Requires broad knowledge of art and design, a portfolio, sewing ability or similar hobbies and skills.
Training
Personal, one-on-one mentoring in the unit, letting you progress quickly based on your own abilities.
