What you would be doing

You handle intelligence, navigation and debriefing for a squadron or operational unit in the Air Force. You prepare flight folders — maps, aerial photos and flight plans — brief on intelligence, run onboard systems, and calculate precise coordinates. You also take part in debriefing after operational sorties.

What it takes to get in

Profile 45 and above, Dapar 50 and above, Yom Ha-MEA: instruction 2 and above, management and organization 2 and above, information processing 3 and above, sustained attention 3 and above, spatial perception 3 and above, security clearance required.

Training

Tironut 02 and an eight-week course at the School for Aviation Professions (Bahad).

On one of the Air Force's closed bases.
