What you would be doing

You're responsible for allocating the IDF's human resources so the right person lands in the right role at the right time. That means analyzing data, drawing conclusions, and working with real precision — your output shapes recruitment plans years ahead, and every course from basic training to officer school. You work on cross-unit staff projects with a long-term impact, while also responding directly to needs coming from the field.

What it takes to get in

Profile 25 and above. Dapar 60 and above. Hebrew score 7 and above. Yom Ha-MEA: information processing 3 and above, management and organization 2 and above.

Where you serve

Across the army's authorities — the Manpower Directorate, Military Intelligence, the Navy, the Air Force, the Home Front Command, the Ground Forces, the Communications Division, and other units under them.

What it is worth afterwards

You gain data analysis experience, build tools for managing tasks and workloads, strong Excel/Word/PowerPoint skills, and a chance to pick up coding languages like SQL and Python.
