What you would be doing
You teach the basics of programming and cyber to middle-school students in socially and geographically peripheral areas, as part of Gsharim ("Bridges"), a joint project of Unit 8200, the Cyber Center and the Education and Youth Corps. The program aims to give these students an equal opportunity to build coding skills for their future. You work in a civilian environment, at schools across different local authorities, and interact with a wide range of people in Israeli society.
What it takes to get in
Strong teaching and instruction skills, ability to make material accessible, independence, and the ability to work in several settings at once. No prior knowledge required.
