Sar-El" Instructor"

The “Sar-El” program’s instructors guide volunteering groups from abroad for a time period of up till 3 weeks in the IDF’s different units. The role includes escorting, guiding and directing the civilian volunteers coming from the world’s countries activity in the bases around the country and responsibility for all the personal needs during the volunteering period, and also preparing a daily educational program about Israel and the IDF in order to strengthen and deepen the connection of the countries abroad and Israel. This job requires to be representative, to have instructed in the past before being recruited, general knowledge of Israel and the IDF’s history.

Profile - 45 and above. Requires knowledge of at least two foreign languages fluently. Yom Hame’a scores - for girls only: Guidance - 3 and above. Human relations - 2 and above. Command - 3 and above

Basic training (02) and a course of 6 weeks in the school for logistics ("Bahad 6").

In the different IDF bases along with the volunteering groups in a closed-base format.
