What you would be doing
This is a combat track for soldiers who washed out of pilot training — you're transferred here after being cut. You gather intelligence day and night from airborne platforms, direct fire against threats, and track the situation from the air, working with aerial photos and other visual material. You'll need to sign on for full service (women sign the form making their service equal to men's) and commit to a year of career service.
What it takes to get in
Dapar 60 and above; entry is only after washing out of pilot-training selections (nak'tim), plus the track's own selection. Requires independence, maturity and responsibility.
Training
About 6 months of course (theory and field exercises) at the intelligence school, then role-specific training and flight certification in the unit, plus basic training 02.
