What you would be doing
You work alongside the corps' professionals — organizational consultants, psychologists and sociologists — running selection days, assessments, organizational-development work or research. The job mixes office work with facing people directly: running questionnaires, sociometric tests and interviews, and helping organize assessment centers for senior officers and selections like gibushim for combat units.
What it takes to get in
Profile 25 and above, Dapar 50 and above. Yom Ha-MEA marks (women only): instruction 2 and above, management and organization 3 and above, information processing 3 and above, maturity 4 and above.
Training
Basic training 02, then a 4-week course at Bahad 11 in the training city, followed by training at the unit.

Open or closed bases across the country, in various army units.
