What you would be doing

The Eitan is Israel's wheeled armored personnel carrier, built for high off-road mobility and fitted with automatic weapon systems and advanced tech. You become the one who diagnoses, monitors and fixes faults in its propulsion systems, keeping this vehicle combat-ready in routine and in war. Since the Eitan runs in Nahal battalions, most graduates of this course are posted there. Complete Tironut Roveh 03 in your battalion and you earn a combat certificate — plus certification to drive the Eitan yourself.

Training

A five-week course.

Where you serve

In infantry battalions, the national Technology and Maintenance Corps formation, and development and training units.
