What you would be doing
You work with the IDF's electro-optical, electro-mechanical, opto-mechanical, command-and-control, navigation, optics, thermal, laser and digital electronic systems. You're qualified to solder, inspect and repair electro-optical devices and electrical circuits, and to measure them with test equipment. After Tironut 02 and a five-week course at Bahad 20, you're posted to the corps' centers or the electro-optics plant.
What it takes to get in
Profile 45 and above. For women, Yom Ha-MEA scores: information processing 2 and above, technical operation 3 and above.

Tironut 02 and a five-week course at Bahad 20.
Where you serve
At the corps' centers and the electro-optics plant (spread across the north, center and south of the country).
