What you would be doing
You're part of the corps' system-rollout and training effort — giving hands-on instruction across every army unit and mentoring new officers as they step into their roles. You sit in on meetings with the teams developing these systems and go through the learning process yourself, while also helping build the corps' own training curriculum. You become a go-to knowledge source on these systems for staff across every unit.
What it takes to get in
Profile 45 and above, Dapar 40 and above. Yom Ha-MEA (women only): Teamwork 2+, Instruction 3+, Operation 2+, Information processing 2+.
Training
Tironut 02 at Batarim, then a 3-week instructors' course at the Chief Human Resources Officer's headquarters (Ramat Gan / Tel HaShomer).
