What you would be doing

You drive changes in how Home Front Command reserve and standing personnel work with operational systems — rolling systems out unit by unit, mentoring people one-on-one, and giving instruction and application-level support. You raise how much people trust and use the systems, and you accompany role-holders through actual operational processes, combining classroom teaching with field work across every combat sector.

What it takes to get in

Profile 45 and above, and passing Yom Ha-MEA. Yom Ha-MEA (men and women): Instruction 4+, working with people 2+, technical operation 3+, information processing 3+, command 3+, maturity 3+.

Training

Tironut 02 combined with a 12-week closed-format course at the Ramla training base.

Where you serve

After the course, placement across the Home Front Command's various training units; closed-base service.
