What you would be doing
You command future recruits during the Gadna program, building the right mindset before they face real combat service. You run the daily schedule, safety, and discipline, and teach shooting, navigation, marches, battle heritage, and how the IDF works — on top of talks about values and the importance of meaningful service. You need solid Hebrew and the confidence to command a group of teenagers.
What it takes to get in
Profile 64 and above, Dapar 50 and above, Hebrew score 7 and above. Yom Ha-MEA (women only): Instruction 3+, Command 3+, Maturity 3+, Teamwork 3+.
Training
Tironut 02 plus 9 weeks of training.
