Home Front Command Rescue Instructor

You're responsible for professional rescue training — for Home Front Command rescue fighters, reserve battalions, and civilian organizations. You teach rescue techniques and tools, and take part in drills that simulate a real collapsed-structure rescue. It's a professional, instructional role: rescue instructors are the IDF's knowledge center for this field, and it builds real public-speaking skills, interpersonal ability, and personal resilience.

Profile 72 and above. Yom Ha-MEA: Instruction 4+, Interpersonal skills 3+, Command 3+, Teamwork 3+.

Rifleman tironut 02 (three weeks) at the School for Command and Rear Professions in Ramla (Rechavam base), then a three-month rescue-instructors' course, learning the field and drilling alongside various organizations. Afterward you're placed at one of three sites: the Home Front Command's Zikim brigade training base, training future rescue fighters from the start; the Zikim command training base, keeping reserve battalions combat-ready; or the training base in Ramla, training civilian bodies and security personnel.
