What you would be doing
You're the values-and-education figure in your unit — planning, launching, and running its whole educational routine: study days, lectures, workshops, tours, hikes, unit events, ceremonies, and cultural programs. You support commanders in their own educational role, work with specific groups of soldiers, and help run Hebrew and matriculation-completion courses. It calls for initiative, creativity, and comfort speaking in front of people.
What it takes to get in
Profile 25 and above, Dapar 50 and above; needs a genuine interest in values-and-education work.
