What you would be doing
You teach and mentor specific groups of soldiers, picking one of several tracks: helping soldiers finish their matriculation certificate, teaching Hebrew to new immigrants and minority soldiers, guiding candidates through the Netiv conversion process, training commanders across the army to work with soldiers from different backgrounds, supporting soldiers on the autism spectrum, or commanding a squad of trainees from these populations. Every track comes down to the same thing: one-on-one work, patience, and knowing how to explain things clearly.
