What you would be doing
You train soldiers and senior officers — standing, career, and reserve — on the IDF's system that helps field commanders make real combat decisions, from controlling force deployment to planning strategy. The work mixes classroom teaching with field mentoring across every combat sector, and you come away knowing advanced technology and real combat doctrine inside out.
What it takes to get in
Profile 45 and above, and passing Yom Ha-MEA. Yom Ha-MEA (women only): Instruction 4+, Technical operation 3+, Interpersonal skills 3+, Command 3+, Teamwork 3+. Suitable candidates who show independence and confidence at Yom Ha-MEA can get the role through the preferences questionnaire; a security background check is required given the role's sensitivity.
Training
Tironut 02 combined with a 12-week course at Camp Emanuel (Julis).
Where you serve
Camp Emanuel (Julis), the Tze'elim base, the Elyakim command training base, and the Training City.
