What you would be doing
You train combat-collection fighters, observation soldiers, and Bak"asiyot in shooting, simulators, machine guns and weapons, drones, and border-specific collection work. Some of it happens in the field, some on simulators, and some in the classroom.
What it takes to get in
Profile 72 and above, Dapar 40 and above. Yom Ha-MEA: Technical operation 2+, Instruction 4+, Interpersonal skills 3+, Command 3+, Teamwork 3+, Sustained attention 3+, Information processing 3+. Selection chances for qualified candidates: medium.
Training
Tironut 02 plus 3 months of training, which qualifies you to mentor fighters, observation soldiers, and Bak"asiyot in observation, operating collection equipment, enemy awareness, intelligence gathering, and patrol.
