What you would be doing
You train fighters in special units of the Artillery Corps, either as a Moran instructor — teaching advanced systems for combat management, fire, intelligence, and driving armored fighting vehicles — or as a Rochev Shamayim / Dohar Shamayim instructor, specializing in a unique tactical drone and advanced simulator work, training UAV fighters from tironut all the way to officer course. Either way, you mentor fighters in flying, running missions, directing fire, intelligence, and reading aerial imagery.
What it takes to get in
Profile 72 and above, Dapar 50 and above. Instructors must commit to 32 months of mandatory service. Selection chances for qualified candidates: low. Yom Ha-MEA (women only): Technical operation 3+, Instruction 3+, Information processing 4+, Attention 3+. Selection includes written tests, task simulations of the role, technical tasks, and public speaking.

Tironut 02 plus about 6 months of training.
