Merkava Mk3 Propulsion Systems Technician

The Merkava Mk3 tank is part of the armor corps' combat power, in mandatory and reserve service alike, upgraded over the years for better mobility and firepower. As a technological fighter, you're entitled to a combat certificate. You keep the battalion's armored vehicles operationally ready — checks and adjustments, removing and installing assemblies, locating and repairing faults.

Profile 64 and above. For women — Yom Ha-MEA scores: field environment 2 and above, maintenance technical 3 and above.

Basic training 02 and a 7-week course at Bahad 20.

In armor battalions, the armor school, corps workshops, or development and training units.
