What you would be doing

You act as the right hand of the judges in the military courts. During the course you learn touch typing and gain knowledge of military and criminal law. You're responsible for organizing case files, preparing and typing protocols, presence and conduct in the courtroom, summoning witnesses and defendants, and handling case decisions overall.

What it takes to get in

Profile 25 and above, Dapar 40 and above. You must live near — or close to — one of the unit's bases.

Training

Tironut 02, then a 6-week course at the military law school in Tzrifin, followed by about a month of practical training at a court or tribunal.

At military courts around the country.

What it is worth afterwards

A touch-typing certificate recognized as a civilian trade after discharge.
