What you would be doing
You're part of the Military Police's motorcycle unit — enforcing traffic law on major roads, escorting senior officials in motorcades, taking part in state and military ceremonies, and blocking or clearing roads in routine and emergencies to move combat forces.
What it takes to get in
Profile 64 and above.
Training
About 6 weeks of tironut at Bahad 13, then about 4 weeks of a policing course. Afterward, you move to the Beit Lid base, home of the motorcycle unit, to train for the role and serve there.
