What you would be doing

You serve in the Gaza Division's dedicated Subterranean Detection Unit, the only place this role exists. Your main job is decoding signals from a wide range of specialized systems to detect underground tunnels, combining that with intelligence and technological data. You work in a challenging, operational environment, standing shifts in a dedicated underground-detection operations room, alongside learning, field patrols, experiments and deploying tactical systems on the ground.

What it takes to get in

Dapar 60 and above. Yom Ha-MEA scores: perseverance 3 and above, operation 2 and above, information processing 4 and above, management and organization 2 and above, spatial perception 3 and above.

Training

Three weeks of basic training at Bahalatz 14, followed by four weeks of role-specific training.
