Administration and Supervision

The degree provides the tools and knowledge needed to work in the education system and lead and manage educational teams in both formal and informal education. Studies include learning about the foundations of education and the education system in Israel, key theories in leadership and education, practical training in educational administration and financial management, and addressing management dilemmas in the education system.
