Admission requirements
Intake for the 2026/27 academic year
For every track
- Depending on the results, some applicants will receive notice that the admission process has ended, and some will be invited to an interview before the admissions committee.
- Stage 1: A test in drawing, color and fashion design, assessing drawing skills, sensitivity to color, observation and personal handwriting.
- Stage 2: Personal interview and portfolio presentation, including the presentation of a wearable garment accompanied by sketches.
- Portfolio: Must be personal and represent your design and artistic skills as well as possible.
- Applicants to a bachelor's degree program must demonstrate proficiency in Hebrew.

What you study
The program combines theoretical knowledge with practical studies that encourage original and creative thinking, alongside critical thinking and the skills and techniques needed to put different ideas into practice. It includes a technical understanding of the garment-making process, familiarity with advanced technology tools, design, and creativity. Topics covered in the degree include art history, the history of clothing and fashion, the processes and interactions between fashion, culture, art, economics, and politics, textile design, drawing, painting and fashion illustration, computer-aided design, and more.
