Admission requirements

Intake for the 2026/27 academic year

You can be admitted through one of these tracks:

Regular track

Applicants who meet the following requirements will be admitted to the program / Holders of a full bagrut certificate with a weighted score of at least 70, or an equivalent certificate from abroad,(our wording)

  • Holders of a full bagrut certificate with a weighted score of at least 70, or an equivalent certificate from abroad, or a practical engineer certificate with a weighted score of at least 75, or a certificate of completion of a pre-academic mechina (matched to the applicant’s qualifications), or holders of a recognized academic degree.

By bagrut, no psychometric exam

Applicants whose weighted score on their bagrut certificate is 65–69 or whose score on their practical engineer certificate is 70–74

  • Applicants whose weighted score on their bagrut certificate is 65–69 or whose practical engineer certificate score is 70–74 may be admitted subject to a personal interview.

Special track

Exceptional admission

  • The College allows applicants who do not meet the required grade average to be admitted (hereinafter: exceptional admission), up to 10% of the number of students admitted to each program. The considerations guiding exceptional admission are: special personal circumstances; affirmative action for disadvantaged populations; expanding access to academic studies for applicants who are the first in their family to pursue higher education.

These are minimum requirements: meeting them does not by itself guarantee admission.

The requirements are in the institution's words. Names and labels marked "our wording" are our own, written from the same page.

For every track

  • Applicants whose weighted score on their bagrut certificate is 65–69 or whose practical engineer certificate score is 70–74 may be admitted subject to a personal interview.
