Exceptional admission
- Admission may be granted to up to 10% of the students in each study program who do not meet the institution’s admission requirements, for reasons such as: improving access to higher education in Israel, the unique needs of diverse groups in Israel and the multicultural nature of society, and special personal and academic circumstances that justify exceptional admission

The requirements are in the institution's words. Names and labels marked "our wording" are our own, written from the same page.
