The program combines theoretical knowledge with practical knowledge of the world of work, viewed from different perspectives—economic, managerial, psychological, legal, social, and historical. Topics covered in the degree include human resources, organizational behavior, the labor market, labor relations, labor law, the history of work, and courses in qualitative and quantitative research methods.
