Without a psychometric examEligibility for a bagrut certificate and 2 online courses completed at Tel Aviv University, each with a score of 80 or higher, including at least 1 in the humanities or arts

Bachelor's degree

Without a psychometric examA bachelor's degree (first degree) from an academic institution recognized by the CHE

Age 40 or older

Without a psychometric examAge 40 or older and eligibility for a bagrut certificate

These are minimum requirements: meeting them does not by itself guarantee admission.

For every track

In addition to general registration at the university, applicants must take entrance exams.
In the Musical Performance track, entrance exam: in singing/instrumental performance and theoretical exams
In the Composition and Conducting track, theoretical exams, submission of a composition, and an admissions interview
In the Musicology track, an admissions interview and theoretical exams.
Exam dates are published on the School’s website, and registration is through the School’s secretary’s office.

There is a set path for musicians in life. They are born, grow up, and breathe music.

As part of a bachelor's degree in music, students gain broad and varied theoretical and practical knowledge. Courses and workshops in the degree include music history, various theories of the world of music, interdisciplinary courses, music education, music research, music teaching, singing, composition, musical arrangement, and more.
