What you study
The studies combine specialization in textile design with general design studies and cultural studies. The professional track is divided into 3 main specializations: knitting, weaving, and printing, which include hands-on experience ranging from handmade creation to industrial computer-aided production. Courses in the degree include basic courses in general design, introductory studies in the specializations, sewing, embroidery, computer studies, cultural studies, developing a design process in a sketchbook, design electives, advanced specialization studies, and more. The studies also include a final project in the last year.
