What you would be doing

You're part of the control team responsible for managing Israel's airspace — tracking aircraft, identifying threats, and syncing Air Force and civil-aviation activity in real time across a complex airspace. The work is technological, shift-based, and kept on high alert for scrambling aircraft and real-time events.

What it takes to get in

Men with profile 45–64 and women with profile 45 and above, Dapar 50 and above, Yom Ha-MEA: management and organization 2+, information processing 3+, teamwork 3+, effort and persistence 3+, sustained attention 3+, spatial perception 3+, a security clearance.

Training

Basic training 02, then a 10-week course, at the School of Flight Control at Uvda base.

Where you serve

In the Air Force's control units, closed-base.
