What you would be doing
You spend two years earning a double-major bachelor's degree in mathematics and computer science at Tel Aviv University before you even enlist. After your studies, you go through officer training and are commissioned as a lieutenant, then take a military course in research work and cybersecurity. Counting the mandatory and keva portions together, the whole commitment runs more than five years.

Profile 25 and above.
Training
Two years of study, then officer training, then a specialty military course (3 to 5 months, depending on the role).

A closed base.
What it is worth afterwards
A ready-made bachelor's degree in mathematics and computer science.
