What you would be doing
You go straight from high school into a fully funded university degree in engineering, exact sciences, medicine or another field, then pay it back as an officer working in your studied profession — mandatory service plus 3 years of keva (career service). While you study you receive several grants worth tens of thousands of shekels combined, free public transport, and personal support: tutoring, exam prep and mentoring.
What it takes to get in
High IDF quality scores, a psychometric score of at least 590, an excellent matriculation certificate matching your study track, personality selection tests, and acceptance to an academic institution.
Where you serve
You are placed across the defense establishment's technological units.
What it is worth afterwards
You come out with a fully state-funded degree in engineering, medicine or another profession.
