What you would be doing

You become an officer responsible for maintaining the air force's most advanced systems — air-defense systems, the "Adir" aircraft, and the combat and transport fleets. Alongside your military training, you spend two years earning a bachelor's degree in logistics from the University of Haifa. Graduates say they come out with real command and critical-thinking skills, not just a diploma.

What it takes to get in

Dapar 60 and above, profile 64 and above, Hebrew 7, English and mathematics at least 4 study units, 12 years of education. No selection process is required.

Training

40 months total: rifleman tironut 02 (a month), about 3 months of professional training, fieldwork, a month-long prep course before officer training, and an officers' course at Bahad 1 (about 3 months).

Where you serve

At the air force's technical base and at the university.

What it is worth afterwards

A bachelor's degree in logistics, plus real command experience.
