What you would be doing
You work on mechanics in one of the country's most advanced research labs, tackling technical challenges as part of a team of high-school graduates, practical engineers and engineers, in a style close to global high-tech. It suits people with real mechanical understanding who like self-directed learning and creative problem solving.
What it takes to get in
Dapar 60 and above, a full matriculation certificate including 5 units of physics or robotics (mechatronics), mathematics and English. Requires signing a one-year keva (career service) commitment.
Training
A three-and-a-half-month course combining theory and practice, plus individual mentoring in the unit.
Where you serve
A closed base.
What it is worth afterwards
The experience helps graduates move into the high-tech industry after discharge.
