What you would be doing
You give professional instruction to fighters in the tank trades — driver, loader and gunner. Your main job is training soldiers and commanders, in the classroom and inside the tank, using in-person instruction and the corps' simulators.
What it takes to get in
Profile 72 and above, Dapar 40 and above. Yom Ha-MEA: technical operation 2+, instruction 4+, human relations 3+, command 3+, teamwork 3+, information processing 3+, sustained attention 3+, maturity 3+.
Training
Rifle-soldier basic training 02, then a 3-month course; you can try out for the instructors' commanders course (Kamad) after a year of service.
