What you would be doing

You drive — including armored vehicles — and escort combat teams on patrols across Judea and Samaria. Your service is tied to one specific border sector, and it comes with salary bonuses and a week-on-base, week-at-home schedule.

What it takes to get in

Profile 64 and above. The B track requires a manual category-B license.

Training

Basic training 02. B-track drivers take a roughly two-week course at Tzeelim base; C-track drivers take a driving course for vehicles up to 12 tons, lasting a month and a half to three months, at Bahad 6, Tira, or Beit Naballah.

Where you serve

Bases along the border sectors: Syria and Lebanon (Northern Command), Judea and Samaria (Central Command), Gaza and Egypt (Southern Command).
