Drivers assigned to field units are recognized as operational drivers and get a real benefits package: grants, extra leave, an operational driver certificate equal to a combat certificate, and a food card.

What it takes to get in

Profile 45 and above.

Training

Basic training 02 at Bahad 6 or the Transport Center, then an 8-week advanced driving course. You finish with a C1 license (up to 12 tons), also valid for private vehicles.

Where you serve

Combat and rear units across the country.

What it is worth afterwards

A C1 truck license, usable for private driving too.
