What you would be doing
You drive a range of advanced army vehicles up to 12 tons — Hummers, Jeep Sufa, Ford 4x4s and more — carrying the ongoing supply that units and soldiers depend on. Drivers assigned to field units are recognized as operational drivers and get a real benefits package: grants, extra leave, an operational driver certificate equal to a combat certificate, and a food card.
What it takes to get in
Profile 45 and above.
Training
Basic training 02 at Bahad 6 or the Transport Center, then an 8-week advanced driving course. You finish with a C1 license (up to 12 tons), also valid for private vehicles.
Where you serve
Combat and rear units across the country.
What it is worth afterwards
A C1 truck license, usable for private driving too.
