What you would be doing
This dedicated officer track trains women officers for the Border Defense Corps' static intelligence-collection roles within a year of enlistment. You learn the fundamentals of the collection officer's job, pick up professional and command tools, and build resilience along the way. Training includes 3-6 months of hands-on field experience as an observation-post soldier, with an optional command posting first so you experience the job in both routine and wartime before becoming an officer.
What it takes to get in
Profile 64 and above, Dapar 60 and above, and passing the pre-military selection process — a group assessment testing thinking, communication, teamwork and command ability, followed by a personal interview on suitability and motivation.
Training
Tironut 02 and 10 weeks of training, 3-6 months in the operational battalion, 10 weeks of officer course, and 14 weeks of corps-specific completion training.
