Human Resources Corps Officer Track (Personnel and Welfare)

This is the flagship officer track of the Human Resources Corps — the corps that tracks, assigns and manages soldiers across the army. You start with foundational training and a course at Bahad 11 combining professional and values-based content aimed at shaping the kind of officer you'll become. You're then attached to different units for about three months, working hands-on in areas like active duty, reserves, welfare (Tash), casualties or planning, before going through officer selection and officer course. The whole path from enlistment to earning your rank takes about a year — one of the fastest officer tracks in the army.

Profile 45 and above, Dapar 60 and above, and passing the pre-military selection process. For women, Yom Ha-MEA marks: instruction 2+, command 2+, human relations 3+, management and organization 2+.

Tironut 02 and 7 weeks of foundational training, 6 months attached to units, 10 weeks of officer course, and 9 weeks of corps-specific completion training.

At various units around the country, including both rear and combat units, on a closed base.
