What you would be doing
You work at Tel HaShomer, the largest recruitment office in the country — the place where draft candidates start their journey and where their personal data and medical fitness are recorded, across several sections. You could land in mental-health screening, the section for yeshiva students (religious-Zionist and Haredi), the psychometric section (running the personal interview, Dapar test and data verification for Tzav Rishon), the medical section (running medical checks and setting profiles), the enlistment section (running draft day itself), or the section handling special populations — including draft dodgers, religious exemption claims, minorities, arrest warrants and Haredi candidates.
