What you would be doing
You look after the professional and personal growth of career (keva) soldiers — helping them move between roles, get promoted, pursue academic studies, take courses, and sort out their pay and benefits. The job puts you in regular contact with senior officers.
What it takes to get in
Profile 25 and above, Dapar 50 and above. For women — Yom Ha-MEA: interpersonal relations 2 and above, management and organization 3 and above.
Training
Tironut 02 and on-the-job training in the unit.
