What you would be doing
You manage the personnel of your entire unit — keeping both unit-wide and individual records, and making sure every soldier gets proper service. In an emergency you help the HR officer track who's fit for duty and who's been hurt. You also bring in new soldiers, guide them through their service, and handle promotions and training.
What it takes to get in
Profile 25 and above, Dapar 40 and above. For women — Yom Ha-MEA: interpersonal relations 3 and above, management and organization 2 and above.
Training
Tironut 02 and a four-week course.
