Administration Officer, Air Force

You're on a fast-track path to becoming an Air Force officer — combining tironut, a course, hands-on experience in units around the country, officer training and a final completion phase before you get your rank. As an officer you handle organizing, planning and managing personnel in the corps, and give administrative backing to operational activity. It comes with a one-year career-service (keva) commitment on top of your regular service.

Men — profile 45 to 64; women — profile 45 and above; Dapar 60 and above. Yom Ha-MEA: instruction 2 and above, command 2 and above, interpersonal relations 3 and above, management and organization 2 and above.

Tironut 02 and 33 weeks of training: a 13-week basic course at a training base, a 10-week officers' course at Bahad 1, and a 10-week soldier-completion phase back at the training base.

In Air Force units and headquarters, in roles such as squadron adjutant, staff officer, manpower-planning officer, or public-relations officer.

Instruction and command skills, improved public speaking, giving feedback, and leading projects.
