You're the link between the IDF and soldiers who fell ill or were wounded during their service, and you support bereaved families and the families of IDF disabled veterans who died from their disability. Depending on where you're placed — field units, the unit's headquarters, or the 24/7 operations room — you might accompany wounded soldiers and bereaved families directly, handle inquiries and coordinate memorial ceremonies, or manage policy, training and welfare programs for the whole system. It's demanding, sensitive work that calls for real emotional maturity.

Profile 45 and above, Dapar 40 and above. Yom Ha-MEA scores (women only): guidance 2 and above, human relations 3 and above, management and organization 3 and above, structure/conformity 3 and above, maturity 3 and above.

Enlistment into the Human Resources Corps' casualty support system; basic training and professional training take place at Bahad 11 in the training-bases city — three weeks of basic training followed by a five-week instructor course.

Various units around the country; the operations room is in Ramat Gan.
