What the role is like
What you would be doing
the full text, nothing cutYou're the link between the army and its reservists. Day to day you guide reservists, help them advance, train them, and call them up for duty to keep them combat-ready. In an emergency you handle their call-up, make sure they show up, and support them and their families through it.
What it takes to get in
Profile 45 and above, Dapar 40 and above. For women — Yom Ha-MEA: interpersonal relations 3 and above, management and organization 3 and above.
Training
Tironut 02 and a four-week course.
