What you would be doing

You're an educational, values-driven figure who specializes in knowledge of the land and its heritage, planning and running education series built around specific regions or topics. You run briefings, tours, hikes, lookouts and educational and memorial activities based on what commanders need, and you brief commanders themselves to get them actively involved in leading these programs. You also guide foot hikes on nature routes across different kinds of terrain, working alongside other education mashaks and meeting soldiers and commanders from every command, branch and corps.

What it takes to get in

Profile 25 and above, Dapar 50 and above. The role calls for a genuine interest in values-based education. You need strong spoken and written expression, comfort speaking in front of a crowd, mental flexibility, and the ability to adapt quickly to change.

Training

Basic training 02 at the training campus, selection for the role during the education course, about six weeks of training, then placement in one of the geographic education units or the education unit for combat recruits. Later on there are paths to officer and command roles in the Education and Youth Corps.
