Home Front Command Sambatz (Operations Sergeant)

You run the operations room for the Home Front Command, taking in reports and passing them on to the right people as fast and efficiently as possible, in routine times and in emergencies. You build the overall picture of what's happening and connect military and civilian bodies to respond to emergencies like fires, rocket and missile fire, and war. Real decisions get made based on the picture you put together.

Profile 45 and above. Yom Ha-MEA scores, women only: technical operation 2 and above, management and organization 3 and above, information processing 2 and above.

Basic training (Rifleman 02), three weeks at the School of Command and Home Front Trades in Ramla (Rehavam base), then an operations course lasting about a month.

Home Front Command districts (North, South, Jerusalem, Dan and Haifa) and the command base in Ramla.
