What you would be doing
You help soldiers with all kinds of medical-service matters — scheduling appointments, giving information, handling complaints and helping arrange remote medical consultations. The job is phone-based, working with advanced information systems, and it calls for professionalism, courtesy and genuine service. You can grow into a key role at one of the call centers, all the way up to shift supervisor.
What it takes to get in
Profile 25 and above. Yom Ha-MEA scores (female candidates only): human relations 2 and above, management and organization 3 and above, attention 3 and above.
Training
Tironut 02, then a one-week course at Bahad 10.
Where you serve
At one of the Medical Corps' call centers: the "Kol Ha-Lev" hotline, the "Perach" hotline, or the emergency-medicine hotline.
