What you would be doing
You interview candidates at the recruitment offices during Tzav Rishon and set their quality scores — a call that shapes where they'll end up serving. You study personality using a professional, classified methodology, and set scores through the personal interview and the Dapar. You're one of only a handful of people qualified to make this call, so your work genuinely shapes assignments across the whole army.
