What you would be doing
You work in the bureau of a senior officer — anywhere from a deputy general's office up to the Chief of Staff's own bureau. That means access to classified material and issues that call for real analysis and judgment. Most of the work is face to face with senior figures in the army and the defense establishment, so it takes presence and top-level service — handling inquiries, greeting visitors, and running the schedule.
What it takes to get in
Profile 25 and above, Dapar 40 and above. For women — Yom Ha-MEA: management and organization 3 and above, information processing 3 and above.
Training
Tironut 02 and on-the-job training.
